Responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates with client companies across the automotive industry. Recruiters work to match job seekers with the right opportunities while building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

Account Manager

Manages client relationships by understanding hiring needs and ensuring qualified candidates are delivered in a timely manner. Account Managers work closely with recruiters to maintain client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Staffing Coordinator

Supports the recruiting team by scheduling interviews, assisting with candidate screenings, maintaining databases, and tracking placements. This role helps keep the hiring process organized and running smoothly.

Professional Interviewer

Leads in-depth candidate interviews to evaluate experience, communication skills, professionalism, and long-term fit. Candidates for this role should have RPO experience and a strong understanding of the hiring process from first contact through final placement.

Professional HR Employer

Supports hiring strategy, onboarding processes, compliance, and employee relations while helping clients build strong teams. This role requires RPO experience and the ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through successful hire.

Virtual Customer Support Representative

The Recruitment Vehicle is hiring professional and customer-focused individuals for a Virtual Customer Support Representative role. Automotive Associate

Automotive Associates work directly with customers to identify the right vehicle key and access solutions for their needs. This role focuses on creating a positive customer experience, building product knowledge, and delivering strong service while meeting performance goals.
